public.suotar_endpoint_rate_limits

Description

The last state the worker process’s in-memory limiter reported for each rate-limited Suotar endpoint, so the dashboard in another process can show it. Written by the worker, never read back by it, and overwritten in place, so there is no deleted_at. The circuit breakers are in suotar_circuit_breakers.

updated_at	timestamp with time zone	now()	false	Timestamp when the record was last updated, which is when the worker last reported this state. The field is updated automatically by the set_timestamp trigger.
