endpoints_paused_by

The Suotar endpoints whose phases process_name’s target breaker pauses, each once.

is_waiting_to_probe

Whether a breaker with this run of failures and cooldown is past the cooldown without the success that closes it: what is_half_open asks of a live breaker, for one read back from the database.

max_study_registry_wait

The longest one iteration of phase may wait on the study registry before its calls time out.

reset_rate_limits

Forgets the limiter state of scope, so its endpoints are back at full rate with a full burst.
