Module testing 

Test-mode setup the system tests drive through the mock Suotar control routes.

Functions

make_listings_due_for_testing

Waits out the tier interval and the failure backoff of every code on the course’s active modules, and returns how many codes it moved. A code its tier does not list stays unlisted. Exists only for test setup: specs cannot wait out a tier interval.
