Function first_check

pub fn first_check(
    group: EnrolmentCheckGroup,
    anchor: DateTime<Utc>,
) -> Option<ScheduledEnrolmentCheck>

The first rung of a ladder started at anchor. A check request’s own check runs before it, at once.
