An output item as it arrived, which is not necessarily one this code knows.

Azure adds item kinds, and OutputItem rejects a tag it has no variant for — which would fail the line it arrived on and end the whole stream. Anything that does not deserialize is kept as raw JSON and dropped by Self::known instead.
