How a call’s submissions are reported, which follows from whether it named an exercise.

A whole-course call is answered per exercise: the underlying query returns up to 5001 rows, and one row per submission repeats the exercise on every one of them for an answer that is almost always a count. The individual timestamps are what a call about one exercise is asking for, so that is where they are kept.
