The store: false every request sends, as a type rather than a bool so that no construction site can send the other value.

Azure hands back the encrypted_content that makes a reasoning item replayable only when it is not keeping the response itself, and a kept response is retained for 30 days for nothing: nothing here ever reads one back by id.
