Whether the blocks or exercises differ; always for creates and deletes.

The page when it was staged; None for creates.

after: Option<PreviewPage>

The page as staged; None for deletes.

warnings: Vec<ExerciseChangeWarning>

What the reviewer should know before publishing the page’s exercise changes.
