A person on a course’s enrolment list whom no account is linked to, whom support can send a linking email.

Echoed back to the resend endpoint to mail them.

first_names: Option<String>

In full: support has to tell the candidates apart before mailing one of them.

enrolled_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

None when the study registry gave no enrolment time.

linking_emails_for_course: i64

Linking emails for the course that count toward its cap: replaced ones included, those a rate cap override retired not.

manual_sends: Vec<AdminManualLinkingEmailSend>

Every linking email someone sent by hand for the course, newest first. Unlike linking_emails_for_course, keeps those a rate cap override has since retired.

similarities: Vec<LinkingCandidateSimilarity>

What they share with the waiting student’s account, by which the linking candidates are ordered. Always empty in AdminUnlinkedEnrolees.
