When they first picked any language version of the course.

first_visited_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

The first visit to the registration page; a check request recorded before any visit makes this the time of that request instead.

last_visited_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

Only the latest visit is kept after the first.

last_check_requested_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

check_request_source: Option<EnrolmentCheckSource>

enrolment_route: Option<CreditRegistrationEnrolmentRoute>

How they enrolled.

pressed_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

The latest “I have enrolled” press; overwritten by a later one, cleared if taken back.

sisu_enrolled_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

Sisu’s own time for the enrolment we found, where Sisu gave one.
